General Assembly: The General Assembly is the highest and most authoritative organ of the Association and is comprised of the primal members. Other members can join the meetings and have the right to speak, but they do not have the right to vote or to be elected to the organs.
Formation of the Board of Directors and Duties of the Members: Board of Directors is comprised of seven primary and three reserve members, chosen by the General Assembly from among the primal members, for two years, and through secret voting. Board of Directors is represented by the Chairman. The Association is represented by the Board of Directors, and it can give representative authority to one or more of its members.

Founding of the Board of Discipline and its Duties: The Board of Discipline is made up of three members elected by secret vote, by the General Assembly, to work for two years. The elected members choose the Chairperson of the Board of Discipline from among themselves. The Board of Discipline resolves the issues forwarded by the Board of Directors. In doing so, the Board of Discipline adheres to the cultural values of the members of the Association, and to the established principles of law.

Founding of the Board of Auditors and its Auditing Duties: The Board of Auditors is made up of three members elected by secret vote, by the General Assembly, to work for two years. Elected members choose the Chairperson of the Board of Auditors from among themselves. The Board of Auditors supervises the accounts, inventory, and assets of the Association, and prepares a report to be presented to the General Assembly. This financial report is valid only if prepared by or approved by a professional auditor assigned by the General Assembly. The Board of Auditors carries out auditing when it considers necessary, or at the request of the Board of Directors, and makes a written proposal to the Board of Directors for an extraordinary General Assembly meeting when it finds it necessary to do so.
